Ocean Watch is a small four unit property directly on the beach. The properties' most appealing feature is the shared 100 x 60 ocean front patio. You can not get any closer to the sand than this property. It has been the site of many beach wedding and family reunions. Each unit has at least one private balcony and is unique in both style and floor plan. We have one, two, three, and four bedroom units. Altogether, the property can accomodate up to 28 people. We are located on the ocean side of Butler Ave. at
# 3 Second Street about halfway between the pier and the lighthouse.
The Brass Rail is a brand new luxury complex with two pools and hot tub. It is a gated community with covered parking and elevators. These two units end units have great ocean views. The floor plans are almost mirror images. Each unit has three bedrooms and two and one half baths. Together, the two units can accomodate up to 18 people.
Captains Watch is two bedrooms and two baths with a roof top pool.
Conched Out Cottages is a 1920's bungalow that we are currently restoring. It should be available in Sept. It will contain two mirror image units decorated in the fun and funky style that Tybee has become famous for. Each side will be a two bedroom, two bath unit that sleeps 6. The screened in front porch will have an ocean view and the fenced in back deck will have have a hotwater outdoor shower. Best of both worlds! One unit sleeps 6 or rent both to sleep 12.

General information:
~ We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We supply all linens and towels. Each property has outdoor chairs, tables and chaise lounges for use on the property, not the beach. You need to bring your own beach towels and beach equipment for the sand.
~All unit have cable tv, dvd player, cd player, Wi Fi and A/C. Unit #3 Ocean Watch does not have a dish washer or washer and dryer. Conched Out Cottages do not have dishwashers. All other unit have central a/c, dishwashers, washer and dryers in the units.
~Supplies: A start up amenities package provided for our Guests includes; automatic dishwasher and hand soap, a limited supply of toilet paper and paper towels. Any supplies beyond the initial start up amenities package provided by VBFLP are to be supplied by the Guest.
