The first ocean view bedroom has a king bed with TV & DVD player. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds .

The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, micro wave and dishwasher and ocean views even from the kitchen sink! A large laundry room has a washer and dryer. The dining table seats 6. There are two full baths and washer/ dryer in separate laundry room.

This ground floor unit also shares a 100x60 foot ocean front patio with charcoal grills, chaise lounges, chairs and tables and hot water outdoor showers. Life does not get any better than this!

Weekly -$1500. Daily (Sunday- Thursday) - $260. Daily Weekend (Friday or Saturday) - $275.

~Winter (Dec 1- Feb 28)

Weekly -$1300. Daily (Sunday- Thursday) - $225. Daily Weekend (Friday or Saturday) - $245.

~Spring ( Mar 1- May 15)

Weekly -$1700. Daily (Sunday- Thursday) - $295. Daily Weekend (Friday or Saturday) - $315.

~Summer (May 16- Sept 15)

Weekly - Saturday to Saturday $1900.00 (no daily rentals during June & July) ($325/350)

Holiday rates apply for St Patricks' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day,

Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Three day minimum rentals.
