Weekly -$1150. Daily (Sunday- Thursday) - $200. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $220.
~Winter (Dec 1- Feb 28)
Weekly -$1000. Daily (Sunday- Thursday) - $175. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $195.
~Spring ( Mar 1- May 15)
Weekly -$1300. Daily (Sunday- Thursday) - $225. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $245.
~Summer (May 16- Sept 15)
Weekly - Saturday to Saturday $1450. (no daily rentals during June & July)-($250/$275)
Holiday rates apply for St Patricks' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Three day minimum rentals.
All rates are plus 13% hotel tax and $85 housekeeping fees.

This two bedroom two bath townhouse features three wounderful ocean view decks where you can just relax as the sea breeze blows through the french doors. The first bedroom has a king bed with a large ocean view private balcony. You can lay in bed and watch the dolphin play, or step onto the deck and watch the ships roll by. There is a TV and DVD in the entertainment armoir. The second bedroom has a queen bed and another large, private ocean view balcony. There is full bath upstairs.
From the living room, you have a side view of the ocean and a comfy denim sofa (with a queen sleeper) and love seat. Your entertainment center has a large TV with DVD and WiFi. The second full bath is conveniently located down stairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, micro wave and dishwasher and and a pass thru to the dining area that seats six. The laundry area off the back foryer has a washer and dryer. Out the back door is your 3rd large ocean view deck with table and chairs and a charcoal grill. Two steps down will take you into your private courtyard with chaise lounge and out door hot water shower. Your WiFi reaches all the way to the patio.
This townhouse unit also shares a 100x 60 foot ocean front patio with charcoal grills, lounge chairs and tables and out door showers and even WI FI out here . Life does not get any better than this!
