This charming 1920's bungalow has been lovingly restore in the funky and fun style of old Tybee. It has two mirror image units. Each ot the two bedroom, one bath cottages feature both a screen porch with a panoramic ocean view and a large deck for low country entertaining. It is easy to catch the breeze and watch the world go by on your porch or deck.

In the comfy living room, you can relax with on the sleeper sofa and watch cable TV and WI FI. There is seating for six and the dining area has a table that also seats six .

The Master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has two double beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped with with new appliances and and a washer dryer. It also features a small breakfast bar.

Your large fenced in deck has a charcoal grill and table, chairs and chaise lounges for sun bathing and even a hot water out door shower. Life does not get any better than this!

Rent one side for you and bring along your friend to stay in the other.

Weekly -$900. Daily (Sunday- Thursday) - $275. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $300.

~Winter (Dec 1- Feb 28)

Weekly -$800. Daily (Sunday- Thursday) - $275. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $300.

~Spring ( Mar 1- May 15)

Weekly -$900. Daily (Sunday- Thursday) - $250. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $275.

~Summer (May 16- Sept 15)

Weekly - Saturday to Saturday $1000.00 (no daily rentals during peak season)

Holiday rates apply for St Patricks' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day,

Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Three day minimum rentals.

All rates are plus 13% hotel tax and $100. housekeeping fees.
